This is Renew-You Physiotherapy

As an equestrian, hiker, and biker, I’ve always lived an active lifestyle - and like many active people, I’ve had my fair share of injuries along the way. These experiences sparked my passion for understanding the human body and set me on the path to becoming a physiotherapist.

I began my career in the NHS, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of specialities, from musculoskeletal (MSK), care, post-surgical care, to working with the elderly. But over time, i realised something was missing: the space to give patients the time, attention, and continuity they truly deserve.

That led me to private physiotherapy - and eventually to founding Renew-You Physiotherapy, a place for every body, every movement, every goal.
